Mikael Backlund, a skilled but fragile forward. He has little upside and did have a good second half to his season. He definitely improved and all in all, made an impact. He is a another good young piece to what seems like one of the youngest franchises in the NHL. He has all the skill to put up points but needs to work on building his frame and to become more consistent.

Assets: Has very good skating ability, two-way upside and the playmaking skills needed to put up points. A determined player, he can play either center or wing.
Flaws: Needs to continue adding strength to his 6-0 frame in order to better fend off opposing defensemen. Must also improve his game-to-game consistency.
Career Potential: Skilled, yet fragile forward with a little upside.
