Game Preview: Montreal Canadians at Arizona Coyotes.

Tonight the Montreal Canadians take on the Arizona Coyotes here in Glendale at Gila river arena. Game starts at 7:00. Tonight is student rush night also, so any HS or College students can go to this game and get best possible lower bowl tickets for $25!

This game will be a tough one. The coyotes are coming off a loss to the San Jose Sharks on Saturday, 4-1. And the Montreal Canadians also came off a loss to the Buffalo Sabres, 6-4. Montreal is currently in fifth place in the Atlantic division, 27-25-4. And the Coyotes are in currently in fourth place in the pacific division, 25-24-6. The starting Goaltenders are, Montreal: M. Condon. And for Arizona: L. Domingue.

If the Coyotes win tonight, they will break franchise history with having a season sweep against the Canadians.

As of right now, Jordan Martinook suffers from a Lowe body injury when he blocked a shot by Sharks forward Logan Couture. The Coyotes did not practice on Sunday, so his status is unclear for tonight’s game.

Defenseman Jarred Tinordi is hoping to get back in the line up after being scratched the past three games. Tinordi cane from the Canadians last month from a trade.

Carey Price is currently injured and will not start in net tonight due to a lower body injury a couple games ago. For Captain Max Pacioretty,  he leads his team with 20 goals but has only scored 1 in his past 10 games

The Canadians have scored and allowed 151 goals this season.

Go Coyotes, Lauren.
