Barkov, Huberdeau cleared to return to Panthers’ lineup

Aleksander Barkov and Jonathan Huberdeau have been cleared to return to the Panthers‘ lineup.

There was speculation that their seasons were over, but today they were cleared to return. This is really good news for Panthers fans, as these two are offensive weapons. We might get another taste of Huberdeau-Barkov-Jagr.

Barkov has 27 points in 36 games, which looked to be his break-out season, until he got hurt. Huberdeau has not played a regular season game yet this season, after lacerating his left leg before the season.

Florida¬†has had to deal with a lot of adversity and injuries this season. They’ve been without important players all season. From Nick Bjugstad to Aleksander Barkov and Jonathan Huberdeau.

The Panthers are currently fifth place in the Atlantic, with a 22-19-10 record. It’s been a tough year for this team, as their head coach Gerard Gallant was relieved of his duties¬†earlier in the year.

All in all, good news for the Florida Panthers and their fans. Barkov and Huberdeau are back! Now, can they help make a playoff push?
